Your Biomaster Experience
Approving a Biomaster Antimicrobial & Antibacterial product is not a difficult process. We will guide you step by step through the simple key stages below which can typically take as little as 4 weeks.
Sampling
We will send you a sample of one of our Biomaster grades for addition typically at 1-2% in a masterbatch suitable for your polymer. We are also able to cater for specialist and custom polymer systems.
Upon receipt of the Biomaster masterbatch add it into your normal manufacturing process to produce the samples for testing. No process modifications or new equipment is needed for using Biomaster.
Testing
Once we have received your samples we submit them to our independent laboratory where full Antimicrobial & Antibacterial testing is carried under internationally-recognised test protocols at a subsidized cost.
Certification
Results are usually available one working week after submission of the treated samples to the laboratory. A certificate of analysis is produced in your name and you now have a fully approved antimicrobial & antibacterial product.
