EPA Extends Approvals for Biomaster in Paper
The Biomaster TD series is a unique antimicrobial additive and has been used extensively in the European paper market for over 5 years providing a safe and durable antimicrobial treatment.
Paul Morris, Managing Director of Addmaster (UK) Ltd comments: “We are delighted to announce this latest EPA approval; it has taken many years of hard work from our dedicated team to get this approval due to the unique nature of the product. We are confident that this hard work will be rewarded with great success in the American market”.
“The Biomaster TD Series has a unique structure that controls the release of silver ions in the presence of bacteria. The more bacteria that are present the more silver ions that will be released. The unique structure also allows stable liquid suspensions to be produced which are convenient to add during the paper making process.” “Additionally, the Biomaster TD Series has a high silver content which allows it to be utilized at low addition rates, resulting in a cost effective means of protecting paper products.”
“This new product promotion is being handled through our partners Biomaster USA LLC, who are already aligned to the USA paper market and are now working with USA manufacturers to develop products for the American market”.
